"Das Hotel sieht auf den Fotos besser aus als es in Wirklichkeit ist (Leider ist es in Realität kein 4 Sterne Hotel). Man hat das Gefühl, dass niemand wirklich zuständig ist für das Haus. Hier einige Beispiele: In unserem sehr engen und kleinen Zimmer liess sich im Juli die Heizung nicht ausschalten. Die Früchte am Frühstücksbuffet waren nicht frisch und das Auffüllen/Nachfüllen von diversen Sachen klappte nicht gut. Der Gym gleicht einer Besenkammer.
Hinweise zu Beanstandungen wurden zwar freundlich entgegengenommen, aber es wurde nichts verändert.
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht."
