Clean room but definitely needs some updating to repair the wear and tear. Front desk was polite. Breakfast bar very minima. Great location for the hospitals and surgery center in that area. Rate was reasonable.

The body wash, conditioner and lotion containers bolted to the wall were empty. Only decaffeinated coffee was available in the room. No food is allowed out of the breakfast area even though someone is clearly cooking full meals in one of the rooms. It didn’t matter much because all they had was bread and cereal. There’s tons of hotels in the area, pick a different one.
