Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive

"Wir würden dieses Hotel kein zweites Mal buchen. Das Essen ist ok. Die Kellner sind auch freundlich, der restliche Service jedoch interessiert sich überhaupt nicht für seine Gäste. Wir wurden über nichts informiert und uns wurde bei nichts geholfen. Wir wollten ein Ticket für den Xcaret Park über das Hotel buchen, hier hätten wir aber an einem 90-Minütigen Verkaufsgespräch teilnehmen müssen um dann einen Rabatt von 7€ zu erhalten. Wir hatten zweimal eine Kakerlake in unserem Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt, dadurch wirken sie auch schmuddelig. Überall sind Flecken, am Spiegel, Vorhang und Schreibtisch. Der Pool ist voller Blätter und wirkt auch so nicht sauber. Der Strandabschnitt ist ok, aber nicht so schön wie auf dem Expediabild. "
