impossible to sleep, no noise isolation

Hard to find info for the shuttle
At the airport, I sent a what's app message for the shuttle...never been read. Had to take a cab
The noise !!!! the window doesn't protect from the sound; Had to endure until midnight the party in the other side of the road. The hotel was not able to provide me a room on the good side, and changed it to a lower floor.
