I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered several frustrating issues. Upon check-in, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. After returning to the front desk, I was reassigned to another room, only to walk in on a guest who was already occupying it. The third room finally worked, but the keycard wouldn’t open the door, forcing me to make another trip to reception for a replacement. To top it off, at checkout, the staff claimed I had never been assigned to the “final” room and said I was mistakenly booked into a different room that I never stayed in. I was also charged a higher amount than the rate I originally booked through Expedia. The hotel corrected the rate and refunded the difference after I contacted them and Expedia about this issue. Overall, the experience was disorganized and disappointing.
