Staff, the worst of all the hotel I stayed in. Property, very old and very bad insulation I was there for a week on the 3rd and 4th days I was hearing have Sxxx across my room, stain all over the room floor, broken microwave and a lot more, what make it worse they charge me deposit for damage, I Suggest everyone take pictures after checking in.

Did not have hot water for evening to shower (after driving SEVERAL hours) & hotel acted like it was not a big deal. Rooms were filthy with marks all on walls, in bathroom, spots on curtains, & just about anything you looked at. Tv has about 12 working stations.

Airport shuttle was quick and reliable. On checkout the police was removing people from the property. The room was not appointed with usual amenities (no coffee, misssing drawers). It was not what we expected.

Staff is nice, beds are comfy but rooms are old and carpet is dirty, one light fixture is out of order, door bolted lock does not work checkin at 3PM and checkout at 11AM so basically ur paying for 20 hours and not a full day!

I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered several frustrating issues. Upon check-in, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. After returning to the front desk, I was reassigned to another room, only to walk in on a guest who was already occupying it. The third room finally worked, but the keycard wouldn’t open the door, forcing me to make another trip to reception for a replacement. To top it off, at checkout, the staff claimed I had never been assigned to the “final” room and said I was mistakenly booked into a different room that I never stayed in. I was also charged a higher amount than the rate I originally booked through Expedia. The hotel corrected the rate and refunded the difference after I contacted them and Expedia about this issue. Overall, the experience was disorganized and disappointing.

The shuttle was just fine but my room was not very clean (tub, sink, carpet) and needed updated. The phone did not work in my room, the WIFI password was not given to me and I couldn't call because the phone wasn't working. The only ice machine working was on the 5th floor.
