We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel, Dubai, The Palm. Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. The restaurants were all great! The breakfast selection is outstanding and so delicious!! We loved the heated pool which was very relaxing. The pool area is beautiful as are the lobby and main areas. We had a suite which we loved! It has a kitchen and washer/dryer, also 2 bathrooms and a beautiful balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. Overall a great and relaxing experience. Thank you!

We've been before and love it here. The only disappointment was the Palm View room we'd paid for was not provided. We were atuck facing the side of a building which was not at all ideal. But the staff are great, everything else all good

Great big rooms, great food, good cleaning every day, staff very And I Mean very friendly. Good Facilities. Good for calm enjoyable vacation. Went in low season so not very crowded.

Lovely hotel, and fantastic service throughout our stay. The room cleanliness and house keeping was spot on and all the meals we had tasted great and the restaurant teams were really attentive. Highly recommend.

Lots of dining options. Exceptional and fast friendly service from all staff. Didn’t use the spa but lovely pool and beach. Lovely stay for our second trip stay at the Sofitel.

All the staff was so helpful and made sure that we had easy check-in and.check-out. Vishwanath from the Check-in made sure that we were able to get our room ASAP. Also, two of the conceirge (do not recollect the name) went above and beyond to contact the housekeeping Manager to make sure that our rooms were available at the time of check-in. All our luggage was swiftly moved to the room. They also provided us the tour of the facilitity. During check-out, they were available exactly @ 5:15am in the mornng to check-out our luggage. Very helpful and making sure we were taken care during our stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again.

Sofitel The Palm Dubai offers a peaceful, relaxing environment, perfect for a getaway. We were initially assigned a room with a limited view of the palm, but after speaking with Reception, they moved us to one with a much better view, which was greatly appreciated. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning views, a private beach, and excellent pools. However, the half-board package felt restrictive, as drinks were not included and had to be purchased separately. For a 5-star hotel, complimentary water with meals would be a nice touch. Overall, the service was excellent.
