El personal de limpieza muy respetuoso solo dejen propinas tacaño ellas hacen su trabajo. Ahora lo malo es que no te levanta en el aeropuerto solo te dejan a su regreso y la reservación tiene un insignificante aumento al pagar la reservación se basan al cambio actual del el cambio de moneda por lo demás todo fue de maravilla y el menú del desayuno es lo mismo en su estancia, y son ateos al chile lleven su propio chile 😂😂😂

Due to construction on main street and can hear the daily commute traffic. Mucho ruido y con la construction de Calle principal muy inconveniente manejar.

Grab a $300mxn peso cab from the airport. Ask for a room on the upper floor - less outside traffic noise. Good Internet. On-site restaurant is sufficient. 7/11 is walkable (5mins). Free shuttle transportation to the airport - hotel does NOT pick up from the airport. Great for a one night stay, in my opinion.

The hotel is super clean, staff super nice, everyone ready to please. I asked about subtitles on my tv and they were ready to switch rooms in order that I had a smart tv. I declined but the gesture was very much appreciated. Upon my return I’ll be posting a positive review. Thank you

Improvements Needed

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom upon entering room was dirty. Urine stains on toilet seat. The power went out in the hotel over night as well as the water. Room was extremely hot, the bathroom was very small. Very unlikely I would recommend or stay here ever again.
