The room was not cleaned well. There was garbage in the corners and by the night stand. The water is the shower would stay stuck and it took a while to go down. There was also hair on the shower walls. No hand towel supplied. The hotel seems to be declining.

Staff support lacked. Booked the room for my parents who has their flight cancelled last minute. I followed the instructions and called the hotel for shuttle pick up. They informed me the driver would arrive for them in 15 mins. My parents waiting outside in the designated area for shuttles for 1 hr and still no shuttle came to pick them up. I called the hotel who later called the driver that said he had to stop to put gas which is why he hadn’t arrived. Due to the poor communication and careless I decided to cancel the booking.

Yes the breakfast looked fresh although the waffles were a bit hard for my liking and lacked some taste. It was nice that they had options so you could pick and choose in case you didn’t want something.
