The hotel is well placed for transport links around the capital. The room was small but well equipped. I only stayed a night, it would have been too enclosed for a stay of longer than 2 days. Breakfast was busy but ok. More variety would have been good. Overall a good stay for a short city break.

Staff were great, courteous and helpful. The room was small, had NO STORAGE, was aimed at overnight customers. The bsthroom clean and functional but laid out by a child wasted space and impractical. Washbasin blocks entry and rain style shower head in wrong place. 2 star hotel in 4 star location. Overpriced. Would not recomend or revisit. There is more but nobody cares.

Room was very clean with some nice added treats. Popcorn and chips waters replaced daily. With Victoria Station in the basement it was SO easy to get around. The station itself has fun shops and restaurants. We had a few very minor issues that were addressed quickly anduchntinour satisfaction

Given the price, which is significantly lower than many hotels in the area, its not a terrible value. But this is no hidden gem. When I was dropped off in front, I pressed a button for the porter but no one showed up so I heaved my 50 pound suitcase up the flight stairs before someone opened the door and assisted me - with the top step. Breakfast was passable but the coffee tasted a bit tired and the room had an toilet paper dispenser in an ill-advised spot and a bathroom door that swung shut unassisted, not a deal breaker but annoying nonetheless. There were two NFL games on TV the picture quality was poor (the other channels were ok). Worst of all the bath towels smelled like glue.

Clermont Victoria exceeded my expectations. This is the serving time we stayed here. The location is fantastic, close to transportation, shops, and everything you might need. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and made the stay feel comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. There’s also a wonderful restaurant right in the hotel, which made dining super convenient and surprisingly delicious, definitely a highlight of the stay. A great choice for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in the area. I would absolutely return and recommend it to others!

This hotel is three star at best. It gives off the façade of a four star hotel but once you get to the rooms, it is absolutely nothing higher than a three star. The best thing about this hotel are the wonderfully accommodating staff (from the front desk to the housekeeping they’re all kind and helpful) and the location. The hotel is connected to the Victoria station, which makes moving about London extremely convenient. My husband and I booked a four night stay here as a special getaway to have a little break as “mom and dad” and spend some time just us. We had never been to London, but have stayed at plenty of other four and five star hotels throughout the US and in other countries. We booked a deluxe King room because the pictures online made it appear that the bed was set back, away from the door. I hate a room that has a bed right next to the door as you hear everything and it takes away from the experience. We hoped to have a peaceful getaway and enjoy the town so hearing a lot of noise when we’re trying to relax/sleep went against that. We can get that environment at home with a toddler. Upon check-in, they had kindly given us the 6th floor, which I had requested, but I found that the bed was right next to the door. Kamil was kind enough to accommodate a move to a deluxe king room that was set away from the door but when we moved to that room, which is on the third floor, it was quite loud!
