The experience at the Intercontinental Geneva was terrible. In the middle of winter, we couldn't shower before leaving because the water heater wasn't working. Nothing was done to compensate for the inconvenience. No compensation or explanation. Lamentable.

Intercontinental is a beautiful hotel with very nice grounds. The only issue is that is a taxi ride from everything. You cannot simply walk around town and shop. You have to get in some kind of a transportation to get to all those areas.

The staff made our honeymoon stay exceptional! Vincent, the concierge is such a pleasure and has a real passion for service. He provided us with detailed maps and recommendations for our outings.
