Great hotel, perfect location

The hotel was excellent - large, clean room with plenty of storage in a perfect location. We did not have a car and were able to walk everywhere. We planned our stay long before we knew about the Ghent Festival but enjoyed easy access to all of the music stages and festival fun. The annual noose bearers procession passed directly in front of the hotel. An easy walk to Gravensteen castle, St. Bavo’s cathedral, the belfry and canal cruises. Love our stay and the city!

Great hotel, but a little fishy

I stayed at this hotel during the Gent Festival where all the festivities were happening around the hotel. Despite of chaos outside, my room was very quiet. But only thing is that hallway had this fried fish smell for the entire 2 nights I stayed.

Great location, great hotel

The hotel was in the heart of the old town with dedicated parking. Everything was 4-star, lobby, 2 story bar with views, clean and modern room. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful modern property in Ghent. Easy to walk to most of the sites. Quiet at night. Nice large room with comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed the breakfast easy morning. Beautiful lobby that smells wonderful and had little candies and fresh Lemon water. We took a Bolt (uber) from the train station to the hotel.

NH Collection Gent exceeded our expectations. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with fresh pastries, quality meats, and local specialties in a beautiful setting. The shower room felt luxurious—modern, spotless, and well-designed with premium fixtures. The furniture throughout the room and common areas was elegant and comfortable, reflecting refined taste. A perfect blend of comfort, design, and top-notch service in the heart of the city.
