"Das beste Hotelbett, das ich je erlebt habe. Aber sonst eben das für Brasilien Typische. Dinge funktionieren nicht, Reklamationen gehen unter, Der "Tresor" war nicht fest verankert, stand nur im Schrank rum. Haartrockner ging nicht. Als wir einmal das Treppenhaus benutzen wollten, ging das Licht darin nicht - unglaublich, zumal das auch der Notausgang ist! Personal freundlich aber super langsam. Sonst alles nach europäischem Standard höchstens 3 Sterne."
