The staff and services were fantastic. Our only complaint was that, during the entirety of our stay (morning, noon, and night), every single television was tuned to MMA-style fighting or competitive slapping. At our second breakfast, I finally got fed up and asked the management to turn off the television because it was showing a disgustingly bloody battle. It was horrible. I've never had any experience like this in my life. Usually, hotels with televisions have many options to watch. To be fair, the staff was responsive and kind when we asked them to change the programming.

The staff are dressed professionally starting at the airport pickup with your name on a whiteboard and are so kind and helpful from the lobby valet to front desk and restaurant manager. Jonh was excellent as a server and the restaurant manager helped us adjust the time for an early oatmeal option for an early flight. The decor is beautiful and I really feel like I am staying at a Hilton-level hotel. The pool area and hot tub are BEAUTIFUL and a relaxing space There is adequate workout equipment and the whole area was clean.

The Staff is friendly since they pick up you at the airport. They treat you like a queen/king once arrived at the hotel. Breakfast, is very delicious so include breakfast when you book!

ABOVE and BEYOND

the airport shuttle was completely punctual and friendly, there are valets suited nicely eager to help you with bags up to your room, and back to the shuttle. Also they welcome you with a nice fruit juice! We accidentally left some jewelry behind, and the housekeeping staff found it so quickly and they brought it to us before the shuttle left! I was SO impressed.
