The 3 staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. From check-in, concierge, and maintenance; all were very sincere and made us feel very welcome. We did not order breakfast so we’re unable to comment on that. We stayed at this Sheraton to see Paul McCartney at the TD Coliseum and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Hamilton!

Room was very nice. Staff as well. we had a club room. Went to it an hour before it closed for breakfast but had to wait about 15 minutes for more food most was gone. Eggs , bacon, sausage etc. Only complaint

Staff was amazing. Breakfast for 10 dollars was great and almost enough for 2. Great place to stay if you want to go to the RBG, 10 minutes bus trip from hotel. The mall connected to the hotel is also convenient.
