"Angenehm gelegen, sauber, gutes Frühstück. Personal super nett und kann gut Englisch, was mir als alleinreisende Frau ohne große Japanischkenntnisse wichtig war.
Zimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber und ausreichend. Kühlschrank vorhanden, Ladekabel und Fön wurden gestellt.
Etwas hellhörig (Konnte meinen Nachbarn schnarchen hören, und Flurgespräche konnte man leider deutlich und laut hören.
Trotzdem habe ich meinen Aufenthalt genossen. (Habe jedoch hauptsächlich nur übernachtet.)
Es gab Kofferabstellraum für An und Abreise, was praktisch ist.
Zahnbürste, Gesichtscreme und Ähnliches wurde vom Hotel gestellt."

"Returning after a bit more than half a year (went in September 2024 for the first time) felt like coming home :) This is by far the best hotel in the best area of Tokyo - Highly appreciate the superfriendly, polite staff who is always happy to help, how clean and comfy the room is, the amenities, the view from the hotel to Kabukicho, the Godzilla head, when you exit directly into the busting life of Kabukicho, being close to Shinjuku station, so that most targets can be reached easily - just everything :) Next time, for the third time in our second home town, we will surely come back to Gracery ❤️"
