Nice place to stay bang in the centre of town, property is in good condition for its age. wifi could be better i was on the first floor and didnt connect very well but apart from that was a nice place to stay
Clean, tidy, good bathroom , excellent shower .
Toilet seat cracked and repaired with black tape⊠needs replacing.
Good value for money, nice people.
The room was absolutely lovely, but hard to find a member of staff when you need one due to checking taking place via the burrito place next door. Breakfast, for the price, had a completely insufficient vegetarian offering.
Booked an executive room. Didnât feel like one, furniture not matching, door key took multiple times to open door. Tatty curtains. Took two requests to replenish coffee sachets. The sun hotel next door is better value for money.
Car parking was ok and off street. Hotel reception was via the front of house restaurant that wasnt advertised as belonging to the hotel.
Room has seen better days needs tlc to bring up to a good standard. Rooms was warm and the shower was good.
Strange check in arrangement at the restaurant next door! No hot water in the bathroom sink. Only one cup for coffee, though a double room. Key card worked initially for the room, but then failed. No Staff around. Room was large, clean and with a good bathroom though.
Room was very clean. The room has a lot of charm. Center of town . A little odd way of checking in inside of the burrito place, but unusual isn't necessarily bad.
Had a nice sized fridge. Working AC/Heating. Good size TV screen. WiFi was good. Very comfortable bed.
Overall feel was very tired
Thread bare carpets, broken tiles in ensuite, broken and missing handles in bath, sticky carpet. Even the sash windows were broken and stuck 4 inches open.
I was awoken 2 nights out of 3 by delivery trucks unloading at 4am to local shops. Not good when teaching the next morning!!
