Hotel is comfortable, staff is friendly housekeeping did a great job. In a part of Honolulu which is noisy, main Street for the fire trucks and police cars. Also many bars in which people at 2 AM are screaming and yelling. I had no problem sleeping, but my friend woke up multiple times due to the noise outside and we were on the 11th floor. Elevators are strange sometimes you have to go down to the lobby to get off and get back on a different elevator to get to the parking structure. Overall, it was worth the price.

1. Expedia lists this property as 4 star and that's the whole reason we booked it, but it's officially a 3 star hotel 2. our sleep quality is terrible there due to poor bed amenities 3. the first room we got is loud and the whole bathroom smells like someone just puked there 4. They charged a resort fee, yet there wasn't a single amenity that resembled anything you’d expect from a resort. Just because everyone else does this in Waikiki doesn’t make it reasonable.

Room is clean and well maintained. Staff was ok, not the friendliest but average. I have not used the laundry or breakfast service. We chose here because we had a late arriving flight and we were only staying for one night before we move to Aulani. This hotel is conveniently located behind DFS and is super convenient, super close to anywhere in Waikiki.
