"Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der gute Service, auch an der Bar. Bei der Ankunft kurz vor Küchenschluss kümmerte man sich darum, dass ich noch was zu Essen erhielt. Besonders den Barkeeper Vahit und Lisa Marie möchte ich positiv für das Engagement hervorheben. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und gut. Jederzeit wieder. Einziges Manko ist die mangelnde Anbindung an das Bahnennetz der KVB. Allerdings ist man sehr schnell zu Fuss in der Südstadt und das Hotel liegt direkt am Rheinhafen. Dennoch - volle Punktzahl."
