"Nettes Personal, gutes Essen/Frühstück, aber leider ein sehr schmutziges Zimmer.
Überall schwarze lange Haare vom Vorgänger & Schmutz in allen Ecken.
Handtücher für 3.Person fehlten.
Kapselmaschine nicht gereinigt und die Kapseln fehlten komplett.
Pool war eisig kalt und nicht nutzbar.
Einen Kinderclub, wie auf der Homepage geschrieben, gibt es nicht mehr."

"Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit,das Frühstück ist sehr gut und besonders die Brötchen sehr lecker.Das Resaurant hat eine ausgewogene Karte und ein gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältniss.Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet,die Betten von guter Qualität und man fühlt sich rundherum wohl.Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten mitten in Winterberg.
Wir hatten sehr schöne und entspannte Tage und kommen gerne wieder "
