"Wie etliche meiner Vorredner schon geschrieben haben, ist die Einrichtung und das Design einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das weiss man aber ja schon vor der Buchung, also Haken dran. Viel wichtiger hervorzuheben finde ich, dass in dieser kitschigen Athmosphäre sämtliche elektrischen Lampen am Leuchten waren. Sobald man sich einen Frühstückstisch ausgesucht hat, wurden die Kerzen angezündet, ab Nachmittag wurden die dicken Stumpenkerzen zum Leuchten gebracht, die in schlichten Glaswindlichtern standen. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals ist viel wichtiger, als der fürchterliche satte Mint-Ton, der sich durchs ganze Hotel zieht. Mein Duschgel war leer, ich hatte an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben, ganz fix hat man mir Neues gebracht. Sauber war es überall, im Schwimmbadbereich nicht so. Funktionsunstüchtige Armaturen, auch hier kein Duschgel. Leere Plastikflaschen lagen zwischen den Liegen, das ist natürlich ein Unding der Gäste, ihren Müll einfach liegen zu lassen. Da das Schwimmbad zwischen 13 und 15 Uhr geschlossen ist, könnte das Personal in dieser Zeit nach solchen Dingen schauen. Das Frühstückbuffet war prima, auch hier könnte alles etwas moderner gestaltet werden. Tropfdeckchen unter der Kaffeetasse sind überflüssig. Die Infrarotkabine habe ich viel genutzt, die war super, zur Sauna kann ich nichts sagen, ebenso nicht zum Abendessen. Ganz nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, gemütlich war es und wer keinen Wert auf modernes Ambiente legt, ist hier richtig. "
