"Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff. Very very good service. Nice hotel, nice rooms and wonderful garden area. We had a great time and can fully recommend it - except for the following: The only minus: the hotel charged us VAT although not applicable. They pretend that this is practice. This is not the case (experience with many other hotels in Israel and checked again today with other hotels here) and this is also not correct (if you are not subject to a law, you are not. No matter what your internal regulation says). In that respect we were very disappointed and we were astonished about the lack of understanding. We will now have to fight this, which hampers our remembering on this vacation and which prevents us for a full recommendation to foreign citizens."
