"A Disappointing Experience – Is This How Guests Are Treated? Waking up to find no water in the bathroom was unexpected. Not a drop. Hoping for some clarity, I called reception, only to be met with abrupt and dismissive treatment. The staff member, in a rude tone, stated that the issue was caused by the city of Porto, they had no information on when it would be resolved, and—most astonishingly—that it was not their problem. Then, he simply hung up. Is this truly the standard of hospitality offered here? Fortunately, Porto has plenty of other options."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sowohl Metro als auch Bus. Vom der Lage minimal außerhalb, aber Portozentrum ist klein und man ist in wenigen Schritten dann doch im Kern. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt, kleine Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Bett und die Schlafcouch waren bequem, die Klimaanlage individuell regelbar und das Zimmer abdunkelbar mit dem Vorhang. Allerdings gibt es zumindest im ersten Stock keine so schöne Aussicht. Blick war auf den Innenhof. Das Personal war freundlich, sprach auch ein bischen deutsch, aber auf englisch konnte man gut kommunizieren. "
