"Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr enttäuschend. Beim Check-in erhielten wir keinerlei Informationen zu Zimmer, Restaurant, Pool oder Essenszeiten. Uns wurden lediglich die All-Inclusive-Bänder angelegt, alles Weitere mussten wir selbst nachfragen – sehr unprofessionell. Das zugeteilte Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Statt eines Bungalows bekamen wir ein altes, schlecht gepflegtes Zimmer, das unangenehm roch, mit getrenntem Bad und Toilette sowie einem unbeleuchteten, gefährlichen Zugang über eine Außentreppe. Die Außenanlage war ungepflegt, und in der Nähe wurde gebaut. Auch der bezahlte „Meerblick“ war praktisch nicht vorhanden – reine Abzocke. Das All-Inclusive-Essen war jeden Tag gleich und qualitativ schwach. Zimmerreinigung erfolgte zwar täglich, aber wichtige Bereiche wie der Badezimmerboden wurden erst nach Nachfrage gereinigt. Für den hohen Preis, besonders im senegalesischen Vergleich, ist dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Wir würden hier nie wieder buchen."

Sehr schlechter Service

"Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute des Aufenthalts durchgehend schlechter Service - so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. - Beim Checkin musste ich 20 Minuten an der Reception warten und durfte nicht ins Zimmer, weil die Reception nicht wusste, ob mein Zimmer bezahlt war (war es natürlich). Ich checke für mehrere Nächte ein und habe Wochen im Voraus gebucht, warum klärt man das nicht vorher?.. - Beim Auschecken genauso: ich soll trotz Vollpension eine Rechnung fürs Büffet bezahlen. Ich habe eine Stunde vorher gefragt, ob Rechnungen offen sind, weil ich schon ein Desaster ahnte und diese Show nicht erleben wollte während mein Fahrer auf mich wartet. Es hieß, alle Rechnungen sind beglichen. Eine Stunde später beim Auschecken doch diese eine, trotz Vollpension... Und wieder klären 3 Leute 15 Minuten lang, ob ich sie bezahlen soll... - Zimmermädchen gehen ohne zu klopfen ins Zimmer rein. Kein Kommentar. - Internet sehr langsam, einen Tag lang gab es gar keins. - Minibar war in meinem Tarif kostenlos, in 3 Nächten aber nur 1 Mal aufgefüllt. Ich habe zwei Mal angerufen und darum gebeten, nichts passiert... Ich könnte die Auflistung noch fortsetzen, was wird es aber bringen? Für meine Begriffe macht das Management es mit Vorsatz, wenn es das Personal nicht schult oder das verweigert zu liefert, was es dem Gast verspricht. Das Hotel hat sich jetzt in Mövenpick umbenannt (Schande für diese Hotelkette, eigentlich) und hofft auf bessere Zukunft. Ohne mich!"
