"Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Fußweg zum Ostseedamm 10 Minuten.Gartenbereich des Hauses ungepflegt - zugewachsen; dadurch im Souterrainbereich etwas dunkel..Terrassenbereich nicht gesäubert - reichlich Spinnweben - entspricht nicht dem Internetauftritt.Im Innenbereich des Hauses viele Spinnweben, Fenster nicht geputzt, verstaubte Ablagen, Wasserarmaturen in Küche und Gästetoilette reparaturbedürftig, Geschirr- und Geräteausstattung in Ordnung, Souterrainbereich muss bei kühlem Wetter beheizt werden, Plissees an Fenstern teils defekt, Gaszentralheizung gut, viel Wasserverlust bis Warmwasser am Hahn bzw. der Dusche verfügbar ist - infolge vergleichsweise viel Gasverbrauch. Ebenerdige geräumige Dusche, Wohnzimmereinrichtung zwar zweckmäßig, Polster und Wärmedecken wären aufzufrischen. Reichhaltiges Angebot an Videos, TV in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, Büchern, Betten o.k.. Sauna vorhanden, wurde nicht benutzt, Kaminofen vorhanden, wurde nicht benutzt.Wlan funktioniertViel Luxus, wie beschrieben ist übertrieben.Weg nach Maasholm zu Fuß möglich - 2 km.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Fisch und Brot in Maasholm, besser in Kappeln (EDEKA, REWE, Penny etc.) 10 km. Gute Radwege entlang der Fahrstraßen und der Küste und im Naturschutzgebiet."
