Welcome to your Urban Canopy Retreat—a private single-dwelling home centrally located in the heart of Houston. At approximately 1,400 sq. ft., this retreat offers a gracious amount of space with chic interiors, luxe details, and a natural treehouse-like atmosphere filled with light. Kitchen
A chef’s dream with a five-burner natural gas range, split oven function (cook two dishes at once with different settings), and a farmhouse stainless steel sink. The Samsung French-door refrigerator includes a specialty middle drawer and freezer drawer for easy organization. Just off the kitchen, a stacked 29” LG washer and dryer makes large loads of laundry a breeze.

Primary Bedroom Suite
Retreat into comfort with a plush king-sized bed, dressed in 100% cotton sheets and protected with a moisture-barrier mattress protector. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 55” Samsung 4K TV with Apple TV, plus a dedicated makeup desk/vanity for convenience.

Bathroom
Stylish and functional, the bathroom features two entrances—one providing ensuite access from the primary bedroom, and the other opening to the hallway for guest convenience. It includes a tub/shower combo, brushed gold fixtures, and a tall elongated toilet for extra comfort.
