The cost was jacked up knowing there was an event. Family are coming to support and I almost fell over when I got the bill. I would go back to glass cups the paper are not great for drinks. Also you need a soap container on the sink to hold the soap putting it on the wrap after what we paid I think the hotel could afford it. The staff you have are are nice and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay! No issues and easy check in/check out. Central and convenient location with a lot of great restaurants, shops, and tourist spots nearby. A short drive to downtown Huntsville.

It is clean and comfy enough for the price. However, the key stopped working at 10:30 even though checking out time was 11 and the staff gave us very bad attitude when we asked for help getting back in.

the front desk staff is friendly and works in professional help. He gave us with a big smile and welcome when we reached. he was very patient to our questions and gave all details on the hotel and surrounding Neiborhood. the room is clean. they helped us solving door lock problem quick. the breakfast is good enough to us also. we will go back this fall for sure. thanks so much for the service.

The overall stay was ok, the A/C was really loud, and house keeping came barging into our room at 9am, even thought we arrived the day before. Only knocked once then walked right in, we were still sleeping so we were startled by it.

Good a clean place. Convinced located to shopping and restaurants. A lot of construction (line man, street construction) staying there. Little noisy in the morning. Overall a nice place.
