Bali Hai Beachfront Resort and Spa

"Bei Ankunft haben wir Zimmer 26 bekommen, was ungefähr der Größe eines Schuhkartons entsprach. Wir konnten nicht mal unsere Koffer ablegen geschweigedenn öffnen, da dafür der Platz nicht ausreichte! Zusätzlich standen benutze Gläser im Zimmer, bei denen man deutlich den Lippenabdruck erkennen konnte.
Nachdem wir uns uns beschwert haben und nach einem anderen Zimmer fragten, konnten wir einen Tag später ein anderes Zimmer beziehen welches mehr als doppelt so groß war, aber der gleichen gebuchten Kategorie entsprach.
Die Frau am Empfang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir schienen nicht die ersten Göste zu sein, die sich über das Zimmer beschwerten, denn sie war nicht wirklich verwundert.
Der Strand war direkt am Hotel und es gab Lügen und Schirme kostenlos. Ebenso Strandtücher.
Auch Fahrräder konnte man sich kostenlos leihen, allerdings waren diese schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fahrradständer waren so verrostet, dass sie abfielen.
Insgesamt war es okay. Aber wir müssten jetzt nicht nochmal hin. Da haben wir uns wirklich viel mehr erhofft und waren sehr enttäuscht "
