The hair dryer was not working. Called Denny desk who made me wait 1 hour at 530 am to let me know there was no replacement. We travelled in a snowy day with wet hair and got sick. The staff is very polite and does not care, they have a polite way of saying we cannot help you.

We where told on check in, there is no room cleaning, even if you request your room to be made don’t expect more than emptying the garbage and towel change. If I’m paying three times what I would pay anywhere else in Canada for this level of hotel I expect my room to be cleaned daily. The 1960 decor was depressing for a city like Jasper I expected more. The managing company/ owners is the Pursuit Tours company that does most of the tourist day tours in the Banff/ Jasper area. you are telling me they can’t or won’t hire cleaning staff at the prices they are charging. I’m embrassed to be a Canadian trying to explain to Asian and European tourist why they get so little for the price they pay.

As above mentioned, everyone from the front desk and the rest of the staff were excellent, personable, helpful and professional. The only issue was that the fridge in our room froze everything over night. There was no adjustment that we could adjust, it required that the mini fridge be pull out and adjusted and we did not want to do that. Minor problem, we enjoyed everything else

This was a nice option for our stay. I would recommend a room upgrade, but overall this place was great! Walkable to town (about 15 minutes) and fairly close to several of the tourist attractions. Many thanks, and we will be coming back.

No restaurant or even good food vending machine. There are restaurants a walkable distance away. The table was not good for doing business - small and inconveniently placed. Otherwise, the room was in good condition.

Not the best choice

Located at the far end of Jasper this hotel has a decent pool with kind staff. Our experience was not great. We thought the sheets were scratchy, the a/c only cooled the room to 73 on a cold night and the hotel black box (think alarm clock with no time) went off (4am and 6am) and it took a couple of tries to figure out the buttons. For the price we were disappointed and the room felt dated.
