The property is convenient for the centre of town, but in a very poor condition. They are extending the hotel across the road and working late into the night keeping us awake. The breakfast was poor and the general cost was high considering the facilities provided. We were bitten by bed bugs and would certainly not recommend this hotel in its current state.

Horrible experience

Horrible place to stay. We fell prey to nice, yet false pictures. Rooms were rundown, as well as washrooms. Breakfast was not just horrible, there were actually worms in one of food dishes

staff is ok, friendly, location easy to find, but bed and duvet was dirty and smelly, room was very poor condition, shower broken, the most terrible thing is wife got bed bug bitten everywhere on the arm and back during the stay, more than 30 bite in 4 hours...do not stay!

Great access to the Bazaar and sites, however the hotel was dirty, including ranched towels. The shower head damaged and leaking. Very poor wifi connection in my room. During my two nights a worker banging away in the next room until midnight. No consideration for the hotel users !

Comfortable service between floors & receptions. Walks around the Mevlana surround the Park. Bench each long streets. Need to all refurbished service as applied.

Manager didn’t care, rolled eyes when asked for anything… no air conditioner control had to ask for it and sounded like freight train. Fridge couldn’t be plugged in, no power point… half a roll of loo paper, no bath mat or hand towel… bedding and room smelled like stale cigarettes… breakfast offering pathetic, no serviettes…
