We recently stayed at The Langham, Hong Kong, and were thoroughly impressed by both the exceptional service and the unbeatable location. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Every team member we encountered — from the front desk to the concierge to the housekeeping staff — was professional, warm, and eager to assist. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the tone for an enjoyable stay. The hotel's location is another standout feature. Situated right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, The Langham is just steps away from Harbour City, luxury boutiques, the Star Ferry, and the beautiful Victoria Harbour promenade. It’s incredibly convenient whether you’re in Hong Kong for shopping, dining, sightseeing, or business. The location is reasonably close to the TST MTR station and easily accessible via the underground pedway system. The pool on the 15th floor was also a welcome relief for the hot, humid summer days. Overall, The Langham combines classic elegance with impeccable service and a prime location. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Hong Kong, and would consider staying here again next time in Hong Kong.

Very convenient location. Room was clean and immaculate. Service was very prompt and good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the humming sound came from the outside starting from 8 am to 11 pm otherwise I would give 5 star. However at least the sound does not go all the way throughout the night.

The tea at breakfast was terrible and the yoghurt was very low quality. The room service wanted me to pay at my door whilst I had just got out of the shower ! The first room smelt of mould and the second not much better and the room was noises. The staff were not great at customer service Overall not a great experience.

Overall a nice hotel with friendly service in a convenient location. However, our “city view” room overlooked a concrete courtyard and some of the facilities, like the shower and pool, felt a bit dated.

My second stay but won’t return. Langham lives of its reputation and whilst the facilities are still too notch the staff is not. Unhelpful and at times condescending. Lots of competition around do will try those on my next visit to HK.
