Was good until the end.

Hotel was lovely however there's a deposit you have to pay when you get there. I came home and they had charged my card the following day after me arriving back home and sent no courtesy message as to why. Absolutely do not feel comfortable that they are making charges to my card when I'm not even in the country let alone in the hotel. I now have a major cause for concern that they could now end up putting more random charges on my card without any reasoning.

Would highly recommend and when I come back to Krakow I will stay here. It is ideally located, very comfortable and had a nice feel. If I’m being really, really picky I didn’t like the rectangular toilet seat in the room en suite but that’s the level of any dissatisfaction I had when staying at this hotel !

The breakfast was elite level. Outstanding. If I could bottle the smell inside the hotel I would. It was amazing. The room was very clean. Bed so comfortable. Staff so friendly and cannot do enough for you. We will definitely be going back

Very nice atmosphere. Helpful and qualified staff. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel has a very nice smell :) I received a set of information on arrival, and at check-out a pretzel, the pride of the region. In addition, the hotel has a very good location

We stayed here for 4 nights on our Christmas Market trip. The hotel was very nice and quiet with good size rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel is situated right across from a huge shopping mall and in short walking distance to the main town center square. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas which we really enjoyed. All employees we interacted with were very friendly and spoke English.
