Contrairement Ă  ce qui est indiquĂ© sur ExpĂ©dia. Site que j’ai utilise pour rĂ©server. Il n’y a pas de mini frigo de micro onde dans la chambre. Il n’y a pas de salon sĂ©parĂ© des chambres. Elles ne sont pas insonorisĂ©es puisqu’on entendait tous ce que faisait les voisins. La douche Ă©tait bouchĂ©e car l’eau ne s’évacuait pas dans le bac. Le mobilier Ă©tait abĂźmĂ© et vĂ©tuste. Nous Ă©tions 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

Nice hotel, a bit oldfashioned but OK. Clean. Breakfast buffet is OK, not very big but larger than normally expected in France. Staff was not very positive when we arrived after 11 hours driving from Italy without any food. We came while restaurant was still full of people before 21 on a Saturday evening and was told in a very direct and unpolite way that we had to sit down in the restaurant immediately and order (we had not yet parked the car, used the bathroom or walked to dog who also was in the car for 11 hours). We ended up eating dry bread and cheese in our little hotel room because the hotel is in the middle of the mountain with no other restaurants...

Super établissement. L'accueil est top le personnel est aimable et à l'écoute du client. La chambre est confortable, propre et fonctionnelle. Bonus au dßner : on mange trÚs bien, à prix raisonnable. J'y retournerai pour un séjour non professionnel pour pouvoir profiter du Spa.

GĂźte confortable parfait pour randonneurs/familles

Pour les groupes d'amis ou familles, il est bon de savoir que l'hĂŽtel Au Tilleul propose aussi des gĂźtes. Nous avions 5 lits individuels rĂ©partis dans 2 chambres. L'essentiel est mis Ă  disposition pour le quotidien (vaisselle et tout l'Ă©lectromĂ©nager cuisine, lave-linge,TV...). Nous avons ainsi pu petit-dĂ©jeuner et dĂźner sur place ou prĂ©parer nos pique-niques du lendemain. Il faut descendre Ă  Orbey Ă  quelques km pour trouver des commerces alimentaires (IntermarchĂ©, Proxi marchĂ©). La formule gĂźte n'inclue pas le spa et il est en supplĂ©ment Ă  raison de 50€ / semaine. Nous ne l'avons pas testĂ©. Le restaurant prĂ©sente un bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. La tarte flambĂ©e est de taille XL. Le personnel est agrĂ©able. L'environnement est trĂšs calme et la rĂ©gion est vraiment propice aux balades nature, avec de nombreux sentiers trĂšs bien balisĂ©s. L'Ă©tablissement est proche de Colmar et des villages typiques d'Alsace comme Kayserberg, Riquewihr, Turckheim... Et juste en face de l'hĂŽtel, le musĂ©e des mĂ©tiers du bois.

Il y a mieux!!

Le nĂ©gatif: Notre logement Ă©tait en fait un gĂźte “vieillot“, il devait ĂȘtre au dernier Ă©tage avec un patio oĂč un balcon avec vue sur la vallĂ©e mais nous Ă©tions au 1er Ă©tage sans extĂ©rieur et sans vue. Le spa Ă©tait avec un supplĂ©ment de 50€ pour la semaine que nous n’avons pas voulu rajouter. Sur nos papiers HĂŽtels.com il Ă©tait notĂ© que nous devions payer 12€ de taxe de sĂ©jour, ce que la dame qui nous avait remis les clĂ©s avait confirmĂ©, le problĂšme c’est que le monsieur du dernier jour m’en a rĂ©clamĂ© 18 et devant mes arguments il a capitulĂ© mais pas sympa!! Le positif: La qualitĂ© de la literie. Le restaurant, trĂšs beau, trĂšs bon, les serveuses trĂšs bien. (Petit coup de cƓur pour le bar d’en face «Le bec salé» le patron nous a donnĂ© de trĂšs bon conseils pour nos visites et balades.)
