Great hotel in good location

We had a beautiful spacious room. The rooftop bar and pool were lovely. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel was ideally located for exploring Lisbon. The only downside was a bit of noise in our room as we were directly under the rooftop pool and bar. We were told this when we checked in but only that we would be able to hear the water very slightly but this went off at 8pm. It was a bit more than slightly, especially when the fountain was on but this was no problem during the day. We had very strong winds one night and could hear water all night. Also, the speaker for the music was above our room and this sent on till 1am. This was very faint though but audible. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay

Great stay!

HF Fénix Music is a great hotel. It is a quick 30 minute walk downhill via the Avenue de liberdade to all the tourist locations. It is in a convenient location for uber/bolt access and very close to a metro station if you prefer. Front staff is great. Diogo sorted out a problem with our prebooked tuk tuk which had been cancelled and arranged for another within an hour. There is a great rooftop bar and pool with a scenic view of Lisbon. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a King bed which is difficult to find in Europe. They have a breakfast for a fee. We did not use but prefered the close by McDonald’s and an Espressolab around the corner which we discovered on our second to last day.

This is an incredible hotel for the money. Room was stylish and fun. Breakfast was good. Rooftop pool and bar. Metro on your doorstep. Parque Eduardo VII across the street with stunning views of the city. And the staff were fantastic. I've stayed in 5* hotels that couldn't hold a candle to this place.

It would have been good if the lobby bar was open. Due to the windy weather the rooftop bar was not enjoyable. Small table & chair would have been good in Room 510. Very helpful staff, particularly Rueben at breakfast and Ariana at reception.

The hotel is kept spotlessly clean staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a prime location a 30 minute walk from the sights of Lisbon bus stops and metro close my if needed. The downsides for me as a few have stated not enough seating around the pool area but not much the hotel can do with limited space, The cooked breakfast options were timid warm to cold.

Loved our stay at the Fenix Music. There is a bit of a climb to the hotel if coming from the metro but the hotel is modern, clean and has all the amenities. Breakfast was great and it was very accessible from the metro which we used to access the city. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Highly recommend!
