The room cleanliness was not great, hairs spotted in few areas in the bathroom. Absolutely nothing for amenities like q-tips, toothbrush etc. towels were old and shabby. Had some food in the bar but I had to send back my steamed clams because it was dry and tasted awful. Staffs were nice so that was saving grace.

the room and the quality is good. But they charged me for wine and food that we did not consumed. Also they did not send me the receipt of the break down for the charge and I need to find out when I look at my credit card bill. That is very unprofessional.
