The entire facility needs a lot improvement/renovations. The room smells musty/moldy. The water supply was very limited! They didnât inform us ahead of time and we only found out when we were already checked in. You need to take a steep, narrow stairs to go to their restaurant or to go out of the building. No view from the room we booked, not even a window. Just a sliding door facing the compound so you wont really be able to appreciate the sceneries of Tagaytay unlas you walk to the common area.
Hotels in Philippines are generally not this expensive ... hotel is managed by two teen-aged ladies, very little service, WiFi is advertised but throughout our stay we only had few minutes of reliable connection, even than it was weak connection! Water heater needed to warm up for 45 minutes before shower, when asked for alternative, they opened another room... while taking shower in the other room .. they flicked the light on my several times to ask me to leave the shower!!!!! wouldn't recommend it unless you have to!
We chose this hotel as it was pet-friendly and indeed it was. Only problem we had was there was no cable tv available and since everything was closed during the next 2 days (Maundy Thursday & Good Friday) we would have nothing to do. So we opted to ask for a refund and transferred to another hotel.
