Hand held shower holder broken so it kept flying off & spraying entire bathroom with water. Didn’t find check-in person very friendly at all, maybe because I was foreign & spoke small amt of Spanish. The cleaning staff are very loud even late until afternoon when I arrived tired & jet lagged from travel. But it is excellent train station location.

First one price said for extra person bed and then was charged double the amount. Staff not friendly, food for dinner pizza was ordered and tasted like cardboard, pastas were terrible . Unfortunately not a good experience.

My favorite thing was the breakfast! It was an amazing spread. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. The only issue was my own misunderstanding of the location. I thought it was central, but it is not. It is right next to a train station and a Metro, so it's easy to get everywhere, but it's about 20 minutes from most central areas. It's also huge, so you don't have the personal experience of a boutique hotel. But it's clean and the breakfast is great!

Great hotel location next to station, very handy from that aspect. It will be even better once all the construction works at and around the station are complete as that was not great. Staff friendly and welcoming and breakfast was a highlight. If stay here really need to prepare to jump on a train or cab into town as there is very limited options in the area around the hotel itself.

It was ok, but no A/C in the room. A maintenance personnel indicate to just turn the button on the side of the bed but no cold air was coming. We tried leaving the window opened but not enough. We couldn’t sleep due to the heat. It just one night but we’re not coming back. We’ve been here before and it was a different room with a smaller bathroom.

The room was great. However, the wall were very thin and no seperation between floors...meaning I heard every conversation and every step above us...made for a tough night of sleep. Very convenient right on the tracks for trains. Had the feel of a large hotel.
