I didnt like that as a family of four we were in a room with ac on 60 sweating like we were in a sauna! It was near midnight when i notified your staff via text message like the text message said we could! My family was MISERABLE the whole night. When i was about to check out...i told staff and she says i should have notified them in which i told her i did via text message like the text message told me to and was informed they dont pay attention to that like i should have known. Not a pleasant experience.

We had two rooms. One room the smell of mold and mildew was awful and the room was just very dated. The frames around the door were rusted. The second room only one light worked and the shower was clogged and toilet stopped working. Would not stay here ever again.

I had to seek a refund instantly after seeing this place. It is poorly kept. The carpets are extremely dirty. They were offering me a different room than what I prepaid to get. The smell was bad, I was literally scared to spend a night there. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Service was good overall. It was very dirty and smelled. Carpets were filthy. Hotel room was not clean, beds were very uncomfortable. AC was loud we had a hard time sleeping. No additional outlets for charging your phone or plugging in your computer. Pool area seems like it was kept up. Had a lot of stores and food areas to eat nearby.

This hotel was a dump!

This place was horrible!! Both beds had sink holes in the middle of them, the walls and ceilings needed painted, the bathroom looked like it had dried puke on the wall, the carpets were severely stained. I can't believe Wyndham associates their name with this place. The reviews I read are either way out dated or fake. The hotel is in a great location but it needs a major overhaul. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Ceiling paint in room crumbled while there. Door to bathroom marked up, old, worn. Room smelled a little bit but cleared up. TV old and needed updating. Staff were very nice especially the young man who checked me in on August 22nd at 5 pm. Staff let me extend check out to 12 noon.

Hotel is very run down and needs updating badly. Carpet was ancient and smelled like old cigarettes. Water marks on ceiling in room and hallways. Mold spots in bathroom and shower head was all rusted. Panels missing from Ceiling in hallway and the elevator was svary. Dropped a couple times. We both had headaches when we left after one night. Took multiple pics to send to la quinta. We stay with them all the time and this one was the worst by far.

Don’t Stay Here!

The reviews for this place were decent so we decided to stay for one night prior to our cruise, but we wish we would’ve spent a little more money to stay somewhere else. The beds were very hard and sunken in. Water pressure in the shower was very poor. Breakfast didn’t look appetizing at all. Saw lots of tiny bugs crawling around our room prior to check out, ugh. Won’t be back.
