We arrived in Memphis and called for the shuttle. We were met promptly and with a welcoming smile. We arrived early and chose to check in sooner then normal time. Check in staff were attentive and informative about dining choices and entertainment. The beautiful Christmas tree and decorations in the lobby were magical. Our room was perfect and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and we loved the Elvis channel options on the television. All of the little special touches and nodsto Elvis in our room and throughout the hotel are unique and thoughtful.

Was highly disappointed. People from all over the world come here. It is overpriced and outdated. There is trash all over the property. The surrounding area is awful. The streets are a mess. You would think the city would put some care into a place that draws that many tourists. The hotel staff had no idea about anything to do with Graceland. Are they not the same property? The bathrooms have no fans, there is no water pressure, and the toilet ran forever ever flushing.

Excellent stay! Loved breakfast basket delivered to our room every day. Loved the live music nightly. We actually stayed 2 nights previous week before and visited Graceland on our way to Asheville North Carolina and loved the hotel so much we stayed a night on our way back to Texas. Highly recommend if you’re in Memphis. This is the place to stay.
