Room was great. It was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The shower was amazing however the lights in the bathroom flickered the whole time. The staff was amazing, the bar and grill was delicious. The live show was nice. Airport shuttle was nice. Only 10 mins away and he dropped us off right at our door. If i could give 4 and a half stars i would. Not quite 4 stars only because for the price i would not expect simple issues like flickering light but again a fantastic stay. I would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful as was our room. We found the beds comfortable and the shower great. Was thankful for the coffee shop as it was a great start to the day. We were here to visit Graceland, which is walking distance, but we took advantage and used the free shuttle. I would stay here again.

Ive wanted to stay here since they first opened. I was incredibly disappointed. Probably the best hotel in town- but nothing to write home about. Definitely not worth the money. The outside of the building was gorgeous but the interior is not kept up with at all. Furniture peeling up, paint chipping. The staff was very polite and kind. Would not recommend.
