Only thing we didnt like was that there was no ref or microwave… we didnt have significant food to store but we did have some that we felt we wanted to eat atleast by night fall or next day that wouldve still been okay to eat but couldnt & spent so much money to purchase.

I am a usual customer at East, I stay there on a regular basis both for professional travel as well as for family gatherings. This time was with family, we were 7 (4 adults/3 children) in a 3 bedroom suite. The suite was spacious and well designed, although kitchen appliances were not functioning, and items were missing. The property is perfectly located in Brickell City Center, with many dining and shopping options within walkable distance. I don’t think we received any upgrades although I am a frequent visitor, and was supposed to get VIP access. Maybe the hotel staff does not keep track of their loyal customers. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.
