This looked like an empty apartment that someone abandoned, cheap furniture, the table was unsteady in the kitchen, the chairs are creaky the bed is on a cheap frame, no carpeting or rugs so floors were cold, no decor, the lighting was horrible, echoey, dirty and terrible paint job, worn out, the sink handle didn’t work in the bathroom, to say it was disappointing is an understatement, it was depressing. There is absolutely no way this is a 4 star place. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else. It was so bad we chose to leave the next morning as this did not meet the expectations as described in the listing. The photos were deceiving. The view was awful and you could see only a sliver of the ocean. There was also nothing to get you started in the space such as a coffee filter for the coffee maker.

The hotel was incredibly accommodating, and the service was excellent. The manager truly stood out. Any issue that came up was handled promptly and with care. I will definitely be back.

Just say "Yes" to this gorgeous hotel! I stayed 1 night here before a cruise and loved everything about it. From the friendly staff and prosecco at check in, the clean and spacious suite with a city view, to the convenient on site restaurant and proximity to the port, I will not even consider staying elsewhere when in Miami!
