They got our room ready late. We arrived at 2:30 pm after long drive. 3 pm was check in time. They made us wait for one full hour! Room was ready at 3:30 with no apology and compensation for inconvenience. My knees were swollen, we requested to get some ice and they wanted to charge 6:50 for ice, and 16.50 euros to bring to our room. We offered to come to food area to pick ice up still 6.50 euros. How pathetic!!

We stayed 3 nights. Hotel location was walking distance to Milan tourist attractions, metro, and many restaurants/cafes/stores. Our room was pretty big and breakfast buffet with many selections. We definitely will stay Hotel Dei Cavalieri Milano Duomo again.

V happy with everything at the hotel…. Only can’t understand why hotel staff recomnended a particular restaurant.. Cantina .. next to a children playground. Food was not good, service so-so, there were only one other table occupied when we there. Suggest management revisit ..
