The breakfast bar is first rate- you can request that they make you a cappuccino etc. Real linens on the table. Also, free bottles of water and bit size cupcakes to snack on at the end of the day. It has a tiny elevator but it worked and that is always a plus for Italy. Also it is a 5minute cab ride from The Milano Cadorna train station which is a stop for the Malapensa Express a train that you can use to travel between the hotel and Malapensa airport. Finally, it is 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and a major shopping area. This has now become our top choice for a hotel in Milan

We loved this hotel! Clean, quiet, ideally located for us, all the staff were great, good breakfast and good prosecco before dinner. Also they gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. We would absolutely stay there again.

Front desk staff was extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. Pretty lobby with a small bar for guests and excellent breakfast in a pretty side room. This was our 4th hotel in 2 weeks and the bed was by far the most comfortable, great linens and pillows.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Every night they had a welcome of guests with a glass of prosecco, nice way to meet and talk with other guests.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located only a seven or eight minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria. Also a 5 to 10 minute walk to lots of dining options and the Duomo Metro stop. Service was great. They provided some dining recommendations and called a taxi for us when needed. We were able to order drinks from the bar and bring to our room which was nice. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only minor complaint was that the shelving area and safe Was kind of dated and should be replaced. We had a nice patio overlooking the street. It was a really quiet area, which was nice too. There were free bottles of water and snacks in the lobby 24/7. We had to catch an early train so they packed a breakfast for us since we missed breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing spot close to everything you’d want to see while in Milan. Wonderful staff that were incredibly helpful and kind. This is definitely a place I’ll come back to each time I’m in Milan.

This is a wonderful oasis. From the great front-desk attendant, Luca, to the welcome prosecco. Room is quiet despite being in the center of Milano. Spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage space, stocked cold drinks in the mini fridge. I would definitely stay again.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond, giving us great local transportation advice and helping us order train tickets. Also, the hotel provided free bottles of water and snacks. The room was a little small, but overall we were very pleased.
