Not bad for 1 night stay

Good service and amenities. Bed sheets were slightly sloppy, just a shed put on top of two single mattresses and a blanket with another sheet on top, no duvet or cover.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel as described by Expedia. It’s a 2 star but even 2 star is too much for it The staff at the desk when we did the check in were very arrogant even not a simple smile. Just thrown the room card in a paper where the room number. The room was dirty and the smell of humidity completely disgusting. At the corridor in the 3 rd floor was plenty of water. Finally we decided to leave the hotel and took another one not very far from this one Please change the description of the hotel It’s not serious to describe it as 4 star. Sorry but this hotel is not good for your health

The hotel building is generally OK, and the dining (both for breakfast and dinner) were great. Staff were mostly very helpful and friendly. Location-wise, it’s a bit out of the way, although quite close to the autostrada. The area around the hotel could do with a bit of work - the car park and maybe cut the grass once in a while as it is pretty overgrown. Initial impressions of the room was OK, however, the rooms themselves were pretty badly maintained. We stayed there for two nights and had to change rooms due to a leak in the bathroom from the floor above. In both rooms, there were different, random things that either didn’t work properly or just weren’t there. Bathroom fans, lights, the fridge (empty in one room, with bottled water in the other), hairdryer etc were all inconsistent. And in the second room, we were given 1 towel for a family of 4. The most fun part of the stay, though, was playing the ‘which lift is coming, if any?’ game. This includes a series of random lights and pings from anywhere except your lift… Overall - not bad, but could be a lot better with some investment in upgrading or improving the facilities

I was informed by the property upon early checkout that they will accept the refund and that I should contact expedia for refund, upon contacting expedia the property rejected to refund the remaining amount (stayed only 1 night out of 5 due to property conditions) worst experience ever and staff is not helpful at all.

We were happy with working AC and speed internet. Also breakfast was amazing. The beds are not comfortable at all . The hotel alows people to smoke on the floors so you will fill it even if you requested a non smoking room.

Our initial room that we were given was very noisy due the air conditioning, however when notified reception we were given another room without problem. Was disappointed there was no where to get any refreshments as the bar only opens later in the day, and with the lack of any local amenities around the hotel, this is disappointing. Overall the room and the hotel were nice, but could definitely do with updating. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pictures look GREAT but the inside of the room was terrible - Maybe i was unlucky, but was checked in late, room was dirty, no food, bar was closed :-( Very upset - some would say, if you didn't like it, you should have gone elsewhere - true - but was only there for a night to watch a football game, so where i was staying didn't really matter. However, wouldn't go there with my family. Very noisy, bad neighbours - not family friendly at all. Ive attached pictures of the bathroom

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. Typical rip off pricing when an exhibition is held at Fiera Milano. Breakfast fruit was out of date and rotting , rooms where not clean Lifts were broken , place is run down . I was booked and paid for three nights but I couldn’t put up with it anymore so checked out and got another hotel for my last night.

Not a good “Idea”

Disappointed in this hotel and do not recommend. Perhaps the saying “you get what you pay for” applies however there are details you expect in a hotel. The rooms have almost no amenities. We were lucky to have a towel for showering. Very odd looking room, no night tables. There were no glasses nor simple items like Kleenex tissue. No coffee nor tea available. Tv had no remote and very tiny. Reception was not the friendliest nor was checkout. The outside grounds were not maintained and in need of lawn maintenance. I did not try breakfast and can’t rate this. I would not recommend this location. There are no “do not disturb signs” available and housekeeping early on morning of checkout woke us up when checkout is at 12. It appears to be a business hotel that is trying to save as much overhead/operating costs as possible and it shows. Stay at your own risk.
