Staff was very friendly and helpful all the way from check-in to check-out. Room was very clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. Got drinks and food at the bar, and the bartender was fantastic. Great stay!

I enjoyed my stay. Cleaning of rooms should be looked into. Mine was never cleaned the whole time. When i requested for room Cleaning, garbage cans were only emptied. Other than that, everything else looked great.

The elevated walking corridors (connected to the hotel,) are a hidden in plain site gem of the city. What a great way to get around when the weather isn't perfect.

We stayed here for the Twin Cities Marathon weekend events. As participants in the early morning races, it was disappointing that breakfast was not served sooner than 7am! The rooms were spacious and clean but the hotel itself could use some cosmetic updates in addition to some carpet cleaning and/or replacement. Parking was sort of a pain, the ramp was extremely tight.
