The entire hotel and our room were very clean. Our room was quiet - the hotel rooms are away from the casino. Free valet service for guests is offered. There is a food court where I was able to purchase a basic breakfast. We paid $100 for one weeknight which we thought was a great deal.

Excellent Service!

I stayed here for 3 nights while on business in Murphy. The valet staff here are outstanding! Toby went above and beyond normal duty when he helped me locate my lost cell phone. I was stressed out because I had a 12-hour Drive ahead of me and his calm and friendly demeanor made my day much nicer. Everyone I met here from housekeeping, security, registration were all absolutely wonderful. I will stay here again just for the employees!

I was not told at check-in that no housekeeping would be provided unless you request it I was surprised being out all day to return to my room not cleaned. No new clean towels trash cans full and beds not made. I am very disappointed and will not stay here again. Otherwise i was very happy with my room and hotel staff. I have never had to ask for daily housekeeping in any hotel I've stayed at. Prior notice would have been better. Also check-in is at 4pm. I arrived 15 minutes before 4pm and was told i could check in my luggage with a bell person or i could pay a $25,00 early check-in fee to check in that 15 minutes earlier. Not what i expected in a beautiful facility.

It was a very nice hotel and the staff was wonderful. The only complaints are the shower was very dirty and full of mold and mildew. I did not feel comfortable being barefoot in it. And the pillows were very small. Quality of sleep is very important when staying away from home. People that are well rested are in better moods and more prone to spend more money.
