This is my second time visiting Baha Mar, and while the property is very nice I find the service to be poor and the room conditions in need of some upgrades. Last time I visited I had no hot water in my shower on numerous occasions, and this time I came and the shower kept leaking water out into the bathroom floor so much that the floor towel was drenched and I had to keep putting multiple towels on the floor. The amount you spend at the hotel including food you would have higher expectations. Anyways, I doubt I will be back here and it’s too bad because the beach is very nice and access to the water park is big draw.

I just got back from my third stay at Baha Mar, and it was another incredible trip. I went with a group of friends in our 30s for six days, and we had such a great time. The entire property is beautiful, and even the non-ocean-facing rooms have amazing views if you’re on a higher floor. We ate at five different restaurants and genuinely loved every one of them, but Shuang Ba and Cleo were the standouts for us. We did find service at Marcus was quite slow. We also had a ton of fun at the casino and spent daytime at the Fortune Pool, which I think is the only pool with a swim up bar. A definite highlight was being able to watch Sunday football right from the pool. All in all, Baha Mar continues to be an awesome spot for a group getaway.

The place was exceptionally clean and, overall, the staff was dry, polite and went a little beyond to make our stay better. The few things that would improve the experience are menus for the Palm that reflect what they are serving and, overall, the food is quite expensive!

The hotel was amazing & the staff was extremely accommodating, polite & professional. The only issue was with housekeeping, as each day we had to call multiple times to get our room clean. When you come back from the pool & have zero clean towels, it is frustrating. The hotel scored 100% on every other area & would strongly recommend it to anyone!
