The property was beautiful and very clean. The service was ok. Communication/clarity for services included per listed amenities was not great. Would visit again, now that I know how to navigate request.

Overall it was a good stay. I wasn't blown away by the kindness which in other countries I was. The food was about a 6/10 it changed the menu a bit for the dinner but not so much the breakfast which wasnt horrible. But if you're staying more than 5 days it can get really boring. There's a few restaurants on site that is by reservation only and if you dont book as soon as you get to hotel, the chances of you getting a reservation is very slim. Stayed there 4 days and was not able to get any reservations. I was invited to eat with another solo traveler and we ate at Krystals, this is a nice place food was small portions (pumpkin soup so yummy, lamb was also good). We ended up at the buffet afterwards. The room I stayed in was a balcony overlooking ocean, king bed. Room was average the air you cant control only on and off. It would get freezing cold I would have to turn off then it would get warm and I would have to turn back on. Needless to say I didnt sleep well any night but being right by the ocean was amazing. The pool closing at 7pm was also a bummer once the pool closes so does the being able to sit on chairs by ocean. It was such a small resort theres 2 pools a regular and a bar swim up overlooking ocean. The building next door is vacant so it actually hurts the look of the resort in my opinion. I was able to ride a float/duck attached to a boat (cash only or cashapp) there were jetskis also. This was right outside of resort on beach but is not associated with resort.

The property, the pools, the beautiful blue ocean water, was absolutely beautiful!! Some of the employees, not so friendly. We had to call room service multiple times to restock water, and they never would come. We were told to make reservations for the restaurants yet seen people walk right in them. When we pay for an all inclusive. That’s what we expect. Not very accommodating many times.

Our experience at RIU Paradise Island was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, refreshing welcome drinks, and breathtaking ocean views. The resort grounds were pristine, with easy access to a stunning stretch of white sandy beach and crystal-clear turquoise water. The pools were beautiful and lively, and we especially enjoyed the swim-up bar and the entertainment staff who kept the energy up throughout the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable—with gorgeous ocean views that made waking up each morning feel like a dream. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. The food options exceeded expectations—from the buffets to the specialty restaurants, everything was fresh and flavorful. The staff at every restaurant were attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. What really made this trip stand out was the amazing staff—they went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and it truly added a personal touch to the entire experience. This hotel was the nastiest place I have ever experienced. It was unkept and disgusting that we couldn’t even stay, we canceled our reservation and went to a different hotel on the island. This place is so disgraceful that they don’t even want to give us a refund and we didn’t even stay at their hotel. Very disappointed and very upsetting that this hotel has no morales or any common decency to take our money. The food was worse than I have ever seen and that was the 1 meal we attempted to eat before leaving. The pool was brown water there was trash everywhere. They even reuse the plastic throw away cups to save themselves money or something, this is an all inclusive and it was the nastiest place ever.
