Yes room was nice and clean ,staff was very friendly and pleasant. Only thing not to many activities or no music playing though out the place seem very quiet not a good party vibe.

If you enjoy an all inclusive resort vacation, odds are you'll have a good time at the Riu. A few things to keep in mind. There are only a few bars on site and only 1 available in the evening. It's a smaller resort. Which is lovely if you don't want to feel surrounded by people. The staff were incedible. Helpful and fun. The buffet was quite good. Lots of options. The area is amazing. Safe to go for a stroll off site. You may find the rooms in need of a little TLC. But overall, they are good.

The room was ok- staff was very nice. The food could have been better. Not a lot of choices, steak house was awful. You can only eat at the buffet so many times. The other restaurants didn’t have options that were appealing. Room service menu should be improved.

The rooms wasn't to my expectation. The staff was very nice. There's not much to do here at the resort. The restaurants were okay. I might be picky because ive been to a 5 star resort.

The room was noisy, next to a sort of huge noisy machine (24h). The umidità was bad too and the furniture broken. The staff at the reception not kind at all while the one at the restaurant were wonderful.

The room was spotless, and the property overall was always kept very clean. The staff was very professional, the beach was BEAUTIFUL, the food was DELICIOUS, the bed was super comfortable, the shower was hot, the room was cold, the entertainment was great. This property is 10 out of 10!!

Wonderful staff. Good food but beef was very chewy. Room was clean. Pools were so comfortable. Hotel seemed to be ageing. We were expecting a resort, not a hotel. Bed was ok, not really comfortable. We should have asked for better pillows.

Everything was great the foid was exceptional plenty of options. The Resort was very cold we turned the Air Conditioning off on the first night but it was still cold in room. We even got extr blankets, but with the Air off the rooms had a damp odor. But in all I enjoyed my stay. The Front desk staff was exceptional.

Unfortunately, this resort is not even deserving of a 3 star rating and was far below expectations. The rooms are poorly maintained. The safe box was broken, and almost every metal surface in the room, including the lights, mirror, and safe, was visibly rotten and corroded. The electric plates did not work properly, and the balcony door was also broken. Overall, the room felt old, neglected, and far from any reasonable resort standard. Entertainment was extremely basic compared to similar level resorts I have stayed at before. The shows take place in a freezing cold bar with overly loud speakers in a closed space, making the experience uncomfortable rather than enjoyable. There are no activities or games at all, no billiards, foosball, ping pong, or any kind of social entertainment. The resort itself is very small, with no place to walk or explore except around two tiny pools, which becomes repetitive very quickly. For an adults only resort, we expected fun, music, and energy. Instead, it felt more like a senior resort, with no music at restaurants or bars and a very dull, lifeless atmosphere overall. Basic amenities were also lacking. When we asked for simple items such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, we were told to go buy them ourselves, which is disappointing for a resort at this price point. Overall, this stay seriously ruined our experience in the Bahamas. While the beach itself is beautiful, the hotel urgently needs major improvements.
