First morning went to shower and shower gel dispenser was empty. Television was broken and didn't turn on. They changed my room to one that did not have working A/C. A couple of mornings I showered with no hot water. Key did not work when I first checked in and had to take my luggage down to reception desk and had them reissue new ones. Staff/manager were nice and did try to help by changing my room and deducting resort fees. But I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.

The room was amazing I hope to stay in the same room in the future. The view was great. The staff was very helpful with furnishing some birthday balloons. I appreciated it. Quiet room amenities were good.

I'll preface my review with stating that as soon as we arrived, we realised we should probably stayed elsewhere. Millennium is right in the heart of Times Square (we could see it from our room). It's a very busy area and can be noisy (especially on the weekend). Our 'high floor, king bed' room was clean, but tired. No fridge in the room, no tissues, no body lotion (things we had come to expect after 3 weeks travelling in USA). Curtain tracks did not move freely which made blocking out the lights of Times Square tricky (luckily we had brought a couple of clothes pegs!). Plenty around the neighbourhood in the way of food/drinks heavily geared to tourists. Subway relatively closeby (5 mins) to get you anywhere else. Hotel was fine by Manhattan standards.

Room was alright. Shower needed work. Spout was falling off. Pretty hotel lobby, but only reason to rave about the hotel is the location, it's perfect. our second night there we had asked for a bottle of water, which we thought we might get one because there was one in the room when we got there, but they said no, and gave us directions to Walgreens. For the price I would just think we could get some water.

Seems like the Millenium is beginning to fray at the edges.: Marred cabinets and cabinet doors off hinges. Lobby appeared to be under renovation as well. I hope upgrades are coming for entire hotel.

AC unit was not effective. Room wouldnt get colder than 73° . Took about an hour to get towels after requested. Bed was not the most comfy. Also we were missing a fridge which was not ideal. The hotel is good with alot of potential. Just missed some notes

Staff support lacking! Waited almost four hours in lobby before room was ready. Was told by several staff that no rooms were available when asked three times while waiting across from the front desk. Finally asking for the fourth time at 3:30pm with different person and was told it was. She asked why we waited so long to ask. She thought we were checking out and saw us waiting all this time. I told her we asked every hour and was told it wasn't ready every time. Room was bare bones. No desk clock. No phone. No coffee maker. We only needed to stay the night, so it wasn't a big deal. Poor service and very limited enmities for the price. Can't recommend.
