Staff very cordial at the front desk; there was no free breakfast - it was free coffee only and the choices of food was limited and pricey at best for the selections. When I booked it was a $351 price and by the time all the fees and taxes put an additional $100+ cost - very misleading.

Great location and very clean. Unfortunately even at 8th floor there was a lot of street noise. Only one bar of soap was provided. Charges $7 daily for water, without warning.

As a returning guest, I was very disappointed by the decline in quality at Moxy Chelsea. Elevators were extremely slow, rooftop bar noise lasted until 3 AM, and housekeeping was missed twice during my 5-night stay. Receptionist at the cafe was unprofessional. And my friends’ room had leaks and cleaning issues. This stay did not reflect the standards I previously experienced or expect from a Marriott property.
