This place is a rat hole. There's activity all night long with people going room to room. When I first pulled up there were police with suspects on the ground with one lady upstairs screaming. The room next to mine had people going in and out all night. If u have kids do not bring them here. Homeless people all over the property. The room stunk like mold. What a terrible waste of $

Customer service was excellent. At night a little noisy but just for a hour or so. Nothing to crazy. Room was really clean. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was very nice to me.

The housekeeper came in did not knock and said she's going to call North Charleston Police so I feel like she did not do her job completely she was rude

When I first checked in the staff said they were fully booked even though I had a reservation. I asked for a non-smoking room but got a smoking room. Worst place I’ve ever witnessed! Holes in the sheets, holes in the walls, wreaked of smoke, graffiti on the shower, shower floor was filthy, bedbugs, no security lock, could hear the people in the next room all night long yelling at their dog which kept barking. People outside knocking on random doors. One guest even told me to be careful as I walked to my room. I would never stay here again and highly recommend no one else stays here if you value your life and safety

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I got there they claimed they didn’t have any rooms but I booked online. After 20mins they found me a room but it needed to “cleaned” we waited. The room was NOT cleaned and smelled of cigarettes. The shower was disgusting, the panels behind the tv were broken and coming off the wall, and the outlets didn’t work by the lights, garbage all over the property and the trash cans were overflowing. Between 2-4am a crackhead knocked on my door 5 different times scaring my children until I finally opened the door and told them to go away. When we came down to check out and get out of there at 7am there was tinfoil with drug residue by my car. If you’re not a crackhead or a prostitute don’t book here. This place needs to be shut down.

This property was so bad that I didn't even stay, which is the first time in my life I've ever done that, and I travel a lot. I got into my room and found three bags of someone's laundry. I went to the front desk and reported this. They seemed non-plussed, and gave me a new room. How this property has not been padlocked by the local authorities a long time ago is a mystery. The smoke alarms are deactivated, the rooms unclean, etc. I had to laugh at the sign in the office that said "abslutely no visitors allowed" - every hooker and dealer in town was there just hanging out. And that was during the DAY. I can just imagine the party that gets going after dark. It was a non-refundable reservation, but I didn't care. Take my money, I'm out of here. I sat on the bed, got out my phone and made a new reservation at the Red Roof Inn just up the road. As I headed out of my room, one of the dozens of miscreants who had been loitering (near one of the "no loitering" signs, of course) asked me "Hey, are you leaving?" Why do you wanna know that, pal?
