Pictures are deceiving!!!!!

The rooms look nothing like the online pictures. The rooms are old, outdated and musty. Towels and sheets had stains. Had to ask for new ones. Do yourself a favor and pass on this hotel even though the reviews say otherwise.

Cute 2 story motel style accommodations. Super clean, friendly, and my room looked recently refurbished with new paint! The lobby had free waffle making station with the continental breakfast.

I will never stay here again and want a refund for my stay. I parked where they told me to and my vahicle was broken into and somekne stole over $150 worth of stuff and they wont do anything. They dont care at all about it.

We checked in and immediately regretted it. There were hairs and scuff marks on our sheets, a gross stain in the bathtub, and a gross smell in the room. The fridge was loud and not even cold. Contacted hotels.com to let them know this was not a 8.2 type “resort” and what our options were. They called the front desk to ask them not to charge us and they said no. I went down and luckily they did agree to refund me and we left. But Google reviews note the same experience. Dirty rooms, extra charges, promised refunds that do not happen… AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

It was comfortable. The "Deluxe breakfast" was absolutely laughable though. I genuinely laughed. Good thing a great diner was like 10 minutes away. The coffee maker in the room also didn't work, but oh well.

The room was clean and the property was noise free. The breakfast items were ok. I would have prefer a hot breakfast. The location was ideal, so close to Foxwoods, Westerly, RI as well as Mystic Seaport. The entrance of the hotel needs a bit of road repairs.
